Shipping policy

Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders are made to order and will generally take 7-9 weeks for delivery. We aim to reduce this timeframe for future collections. 

Customs and Duties:
Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and you may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

U.S. Tariffs
U.S. orders may be subject to custom duties of up to 30% upon arrival. These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We've reduced our international shipping rates and taken on some of the costs to help offset this.

We currently ship to Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), North America (US, Canada), Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR), and Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and UK)
